Effingham Elks and Three Chicks & A Stage Present Mr. Trimble's Turnabout Christmas Dec. 1 and Dec. 2

Help Veterans Experience Their Memorial in Washington, D.C.

The Effingham Elks and Three Chicks & A Stage Theatre Company are joining forces to raise money for the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight. 

Three Chicks will present an on-stage radio comedy, Mr. Trimble’s Turnabout Christmas, at the Effingham Elks on December 1st and December 2nd.  A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Land of Lincoln Honor Flight which sends WWII, Korean Era, and Vietnam Era veterans to Washington, D.C. to experience their memorial, free of charge.

FRIDAY, December 1st

Doors for dinner will open at 5:30

Dinner will be served at 6:00

General admission show-only tickets at the door will start at 7:00

Curtain will be at 7:30

SATURDAY, December 2nd

Doors open and general admission ticket sales will start at 6:30

Curtain will be at 7:30

The menu for the December 1st show consists of chicken béarnaise, roast beef, twice baked potato in the shell, gourmet carrots, green beans, chicken noodles, rolls, salad, and homemade cobbler; tea or lemonade.  The cost of the dinner and the show on Friday night is $40.  Dinner-show tickets must be purchased by November 26.

General admission show-only tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door or in advance.  Tickets are on sale at the Effingham Elks, 2102 South Banker Street in Effingham, and at Jansen Computers, 101 West Main Street in Teutopolis.
