Effingham County Habitat For Humanity is in the process of accepting applications for our next build!

If you know someone who:

*Has a housing need (no indoor plumbing, poor heating, leaky roof,overcrowding(3 to a bedroom), unsafe or unsanitary conditions
*Has lived in Effingham Co for at least 1 year
*Meets income (minimum $19,872 per year max $47,700 for a family of 4), credit and employment requirements
*Is willing to put in sweat equity hours on their home

Application deadline is September 30^th, 2017. 

Habitat For Humanity is a Christian housing ministry financed through private donations.  Homes are built by utilizing volunteer labor and in-kind donations.  Our purpose is to build houses with families and sell the homes to the family at cost so that there is no profit and no interest to families who could not otherwise afford a home.
