            3:00 PM - Vendors open

            4:00 – 7:00 PM – Joyful Bubbles   Fun for the whole family!!

            6-11:00  AM - Pancake Breakfast  - East Pavilion Morton Park , sponsored by                                   Charleston American Legion  - $6 Adults - $3 Children 5-12

6:30 AM – Registration – Habitat for Humanity - 4 Mi Run/Walk. 

            7:30 AM start  -

9:00 AM – Registration - Chalk In – Coles County Arts Council

9:00 AM – Registration – 9:30 - PET PARADE – All Things Pawsitive Dog Club

10:00 AM - Activities – Inflatable Games, Fire hose Fun

All You Can Eat Ice Cream - $2 – (all day)

1:00 PM - Parade

2:15 Bell Ringing Ceremony
