Come and support your local scouts and your appetite!  Join Troop 3 of Effingham for a fundraiser at Culvers from 4-8pm tonight. A portion of the Culvers sales will be going directly to the troop for materials and scholarships for the Scouts. Support your local scouts tonight from 4-8pm at our local Culvers.
