Join Effingham Chief of Police Jeffrey Fuesting and Ryan Ervin, Lake Land College Instructor, for a discussion about the aftermath of Ferguson, MO, the third in the Illinois Speaks - Effingham series on Thursday, February 23 at 6 p.m. in the Workman Room at the library.
Chief of Police Fuesting, a proponent of community policing, will talk about his experience as captain and commander of the St. Louis County Police Department during the turbulent summer of 2014 after the Michael Brown shooting and protests that followed.
