Local Sports Calendar

Effingham Public Library will be holding a ONE day book sale on Saturday, November 26 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Children’s books are now sold in their own special area that allows easier access for those with strollers.

Featured items include new, nearly new and vintage books in the following categories: history, suspense, cooking, art, house (plans, remodeling and decorating), Christian, large print, children’s, politics, military, biographies, nature, westerns, sports, travel, woodworking, gardening, romance, sci-fi, self-improvement and more. 

No items will be sold prior to the book sale date.  Book donations are accepted at the library check out desk during regular library hours.  Proceeds from the sale will go toward special projects at the library.
