Charleston, Illinois: The choral ensembles of Eastern Illinois University present their first full-length choral concert of the season Sunday, October 9, at 4:00 p.m. in the Dvorak Concert Hall of the Doudna Fine Arts Center. Featured on the concert, entitled “Castles, Cathedrals, and Colonies”, is the EIU Concert Choir, the University Chorus, and the Camerata. Interspersed throughout the concert are musical interludes from EIU Music Faculty and student soloists. The concert is under the direction of Dr. Richard Robert Rossi, director of choral ensembles at Eastern Illinois University.

Tickets for the concert are $13 for adults, $11 for EIU employees and seniors (62 and up) and $5 for students. Tickets can be ordered online at www.eiu.edu/doudna or by calling the Box Office at 217-581-3110.

The Doudna Fine Arts Center is located one block west of Ninth Street at Garfield Avenue on the EIU campus.
