Following on from his highly successful series of talks called “What’s The Deal With….” Ryan Ervin returns to the Effingham Public Library, thanks to a grant from the Illinois Humanities Council, for a new series of talks labelled “Illinois Speaks”. The first talk in the series will be about the history and importance of the Electoral College and its place in the upcoming election and takes place on Thursday, September 29 at 6 p.m.
