Helping Heroes, Inc. is a new, local non-profit organization that helps our military and veterans. We are collecting items for our Christmas packages that will be sent out the first week of December to deployed troops. We can use items like: AAA/AA batteries, candy, puzzle books, magazines, coffee, stationary, stamps, blank Christmas cards, toilet paper, baby wipes, soaps/lotions, notes/letters to troops, childrens colored pictures
Any items can be dropped off to Cortney Hanna 9228 N 1st Street Altamont, IL. We will have donation boxes set up at local businesses soon as well. Also, if you have an overseas address that you would like us to send a package to please email it to helpingheroesillinois@gmail.com no later than November 20th.
