The Effingham Noon Rotary 4th of July Bash kicks off with amusement rides and concessions on the Sacred Heart Church grounds on July 3rd and 4th from 4-10 p.m. The fireworks display can be viewed from Effingham High School’s Klosterman Field on Monday, July 4th. Gates open at 7 p.m. with free parking and free admission. The fireworks will begin at dusk. |
