There will be a Sports Physical Clinic on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pmat Dr. Opilka's Office at Altamont Medical Center at 8 N 3rd St. Altamont.


This is open to all area athletes. The Cost is $20 cash only at time of physical. For more information, please call618-483-6151.
