Effingham Junior Hearts Football League registration will be held at the Effingham High School Cafetorium from 1-2 p.m. Bring copy of birth certificate, copy of sports physical, emergency contact information and registration fee. Registration fees are one child $100, two children from same family $175, three children from same family $225, four children from same family $250 and mascots $50.
