EHS, Mount Zion Tally 159 Each In Four Team Meet

TAYLORVILLE -- Effingham and Mount Zion scored 159 each in a four-team boys golf match Tuesday.

Shelbyville finished with 204 and Taylorville 216.

Medalist was Mount Zion's Whitley with a 37.

Scoring for the Hearts were Max Seachrist 39, Jude Traub 39, Brody Boehm 40 and Cannon Bockhorn 41. Non-counting scores were Rayden Schneider 47 and Leo Wyckoff 48.

The Hearts are now 5-1 on the season.
