Benton was the team champion with 286 strokes followed by St. Anthony 303, Breese Mater Dei 304, Massac County 324, Teutopolis No. 1 328, Anna-Jonesboro 329, Breese Central 332, Carterville 346, Litchfield 352, Teutopolis No. 2 354, Belleville Althoff Catholic 356 and Vandalia 400.
Benton claimed the top two spots as River Stilley won with a 66 followed by teammate Kash Cantrall with a 70. Owen Moss of Mater Dei placed third with a 71 while Lincoln Thomas of Benton was fourth with 72. St. Anthony's Dakota Flaig took fifth with a 39-34 -- 73.
Also scoring for the Bulldogs were Jack Swingler 40-36 -- 76, Joey Trupiano 41-36 -- 77 and Ryan Schmidt 36-41 -- 77. Non-counters were Maddux Clark 41-39 -- 80 and Drake Brown 45-39 -- 84.
Teutopolis took two teams to the invitational and Team No. 1 finished with with a 328 for fifth place. Coen Pennington tallied a 76 followed by Isaac Weber 79, Colin Habing 86 and Brody Thoele 87. Non-counting scores were Landyn Thoele 88 and Kade Pennington 92.
Team No. 2 finished 10th with a 354 total. Scoring were Hayden Tebbe 85, Lustig Schumacher 89, Nolan Schumacher 89 and Drew Hoene 91. Others competing were Noah Koester 94 and Matthew Habing 95.
At Robinson
North Clay headed to the Oak Glen Golf Course Thurdsay.
For the boys, Riley Poe had a 43, Brody Adair 51, Jacob Arnold 57 and Hunter Czyzewski 61.
Kennedy Jones had a 43 for the girls while Mackenzie Winterrowd added a 62.
