Thies Veterans Golf Outing A Success

On Saturday, November 11, the 17th Annual Chris Thies Sr Veterans Day Golf Outing was held at the Foreway Golf Course in Effingham.

Sixty golfers competed.  A record $3,300 was raised for the Effingham County Veterans Memorial. bringing the total raised to date to $28,300.

The winning team consisted of Sam Wortman, Levi Wortman, Garrett Hixenbaugh and Brady McDowell.
