St. Anthony edged Effingham for the championship in a great three-school meet Thursday at Fore-Way Golf Challenge.

St. Anthony won over Effingham 137 to 139. Casey-Westfield finished with a 161 total.

While St. Anthony got the win, Effingham's Max Seachrist was the medalist with a 31. 

For St. Anthony, Jack Swingler and Maddux Clark each shot a 33, Drake Brown a 35, Ethan Karolewicz 36 and Alec Hakman 37.

For Effingham in addition to Seachrist's 31: Jude Traub 35 and Leo Wyckoff each 35, Evan Pryor 36, Brody Boehm and Cannon Bockhorn each 37, Blayne Pals 41, and Rayden Schneider 42. 

For Casey-Westfield: Carson Hall 36, Jack Julius 39, Jackson Maulding 42, Hayden Parcels 44, Skyler Lowe and Kian Garver each 45, Connor Yates 46, Jack Overbeck 47

Effingham went 1-1 on the day to stand at 10-5 on the season.

In a JV match at Sullivan, St. Anthony defeated Sullivan 176 to 269. For St. Anthony: Andrew Meyer 42, Cole Adams 43, Teddy Dietzen 44, Luke Anderson 47, Gabe Huebner 51, Keegan Overbeck 68.

The Teutopolis JV hosted the Windsor/Stew-Stras JV and the Shelbyville varsity Thursday at Cardinal Golf Course.

The final: Teutopolis 165, Shelbyville 167, Windsor/Stew-Stras 169

Co-medalists were Teutopolis' Drew Hoene and Nolan Schumacher, each with a 40. Also for T-Town: Andy Lustig 41, Cole Gibson and Gavin Althoff 44, Owen Krame and Owen Heuermann each 45, Matthew Habing, Lane Ohnesorge and Carter Mette each 46, Colin Habing and Ben Sandschafer each 47, Will Lewis 51, Liam Collins 52, Camden Mette and Karson Zerrusen each 54, Blake Vahling and Carter Kinkelaar each 57, Jackson Esker 67.

The Teutopolis JV squad finished their season at 6-6.
