Two Effingham boys competed in the Junior High State Golf Tournament Friday at Metamora Fields.

Effingham Sacred Heart's Jude Traub captured 14th place in the tourney with a 39-41 -- 80.

Effingham's Leo Wyckoff was 39th with a 44-45 -- 89.
