BLOOMINGTON -- Effingham St. Anthony High School finished fifth out of 16 teams in the Prep Tour Golf Showcase at The Den in Bloomington Thursday.

Winning was Hinsdale Central with 298 followed by Lemont 309, Lockport 312, Ottawa 315, St. Anthony 319, Springfield 320, Benton 321, Springfield Sacred Heart-Griffin 321, Edwardsville 327, St. Viator 331, Pekin 336, Normal U-High 339, Beecher 341, Moline 341, O'Fallon 350 and Wheaton North 354.

Scoring for the Bulldogs were Coen Pennington 38-38 -- 76, Jonathan Willenborg 39-39 -- 78, Charlie Wegman 42-39 -- 81 and Preston Phillips 43-41 -- 84. Not included in the scoring were Joey Trupiano 41-47 -- 88 and Lane Ludwig 46-45 -- 91.
