The PGA Tour has introduced a new policy that will keep track of slow players and impose penalties for slow play time.

Players will be put on an observation list and given warning if they take longer than 60 seconds to play a shot. There will also be a one-stroke penalty for a second bad time in a tournament, instead of in a round as it is currently. The observation list won't be made public, with only players on it to be notified.
