EHS Girls Finish 8th at Champaign

The Effingham High School girls golf squad finished 8th Saturday at the John Macek Memorial Tournament in Champaign.
New Trier won the tournament with a 323 total. Effingham totaled 384 strokes. 14 teams competed.
Alex Brummer was low player for Effingham with an 88. She tied for 25th.
Also for EHS: Keira Hirtzel shot a 99 and Jade Depoister and Kennedy Collier each a 104 for the counting scores. Lindsey Stephenson shot a 118
