Pride of North Side Golf Camp May 31-June 3

The Pride of the North Side Beginning to Intermediate Golf Camp will be held Tuesday, May 31 to Friday, June 3 at Fore Way Golf Course.

Camp tuition is $55. Session I is for boys grades third through ninth from 9 a.m. to noon. Session II is for girls grades third through ninth from 1-4 p.m.

Players need to have their own golf clubs and wear proper golf attire. The camp will emphsize beginning to intermediate golf instruction including sessions on the full swing, chipping, and putting.  There also will be sessions covering the rules of golf and proper golf etiquette.

Tuition includes range balls for the week as well as green fees for the course. Throughout the week there will be various competitions in putting and chipping as well as camp tournamentn on the final day. The camp personnel will consist of Coach Zaccari, the Fore Way Golf staff and current and possibly past St. Anthony High School players.

Water will be available for the golfers as well as the Fore Way Golf Course Club House will have drinks and snacks for sale. All campers will receive a T-shirt. There also will be drawings for door prizes.

Fill out the camp application form and return to Phil Zaccari, 907 N. Parkview St., Effingham, IL 62401. Make checks payable to Phil Zaccari. Application deadline is May 20.

I hereby authorize the staff of Phil Zaccari's Golf Camp to act for me according to their best judgement in any emergency that requires medical attention and I hereby waive and release Coach Phil Zaccari, camp coaches and St. Anthony Parish from any and all liability for any injuries or illness that may occur while at camp. I have insurance that will cover such injuries or illness that could occur while at camp.
