Bulldogs Finish Regular Season With Wins

The Effingham St. Anthony High School girls golf squad finished the regular season by defeating Mattoon and Charleston in a triangular meet Wednesday at the Charleston Country Club.

The Bulldogs tallied a 185 total followed by Mattoon 201 and Charleston 217. St. Anthony took the top three spots as Miranda Rohlfing medaled with a 41 while Madison Bushue was second with a 47 and Mariah Bushue took third with a 47. Also scoring was Emmie Schultz in seventh place with a 50.

St. Anthony ended regular season play with a 15-1 record. The Bulldogs will return to action October 3 in regional play at the Effingham Country Club.
