ARC Golf Tournament Winners

ARC Community Support Systems held its 22nd Annual Golf Tournament back in June at Meadowview Golf Course in Mattoon. Twenty-seven teams played golf for a worthy cause.
There were three flight winners, Seagle Tax and Financial Services, First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust and Sandschafer Electric. A Bogus Sign Contest was sponsored by Dust Electric and won by John Latta. The Hole competitions were sponsored by 4X4 Headquarters, Dr. John and Carol Gapsis, Effingham VFW Post 9770, Fifth Third Bank, Frichtl Clinic, J & J Ventures Gaming, ServPro and Terry and Susan Poe.
Winners of the Hole Competitions were Cathy Bloemer, Luke Bolander, Bob Reisner, Jennifer Westendorf, Bob Walls, Stoney Birk, Chad Barr and Carl Koenig. Donnie Althoff won a leather chair and matching ottoman at the Challenge Hole donated by Wrights Furniture and Flooring. Mulligan prizes were won by Christie Deitzen, Seth Turner, Mike Klauser, Dave Yaw, Phil Hausey, Bob Walls, Terry Culver, Ryan Fearday, Bob Weis, Brian Jansen, Jerry Bloemer, Bob Reisner and Darren Beccue. These prizes were donated by Fore-Way Golf, Pizza Man, Cardinal Golf Course, Meadowview Golf Course, Oak Terrace Resort and Spa, Mainly You, Weber’s Jewelry, RMC Cinemas, Fox Prairie Golf Course, Kluthe Pool and Evergreen Mini Golf.
Charlene Oberlin, Dr. John & Carol Gapsis and P & M Oil were beverage sponsors and BK Resources and Koester Meats were the dinner sponsors. All proceeds benefit persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities served by ARC Community Support Systems. They would like to thank every golfer, scorekeeper, donor and committee member for their contribution towards another successful event.
