NU Football Players Seek To Join Union

(Evanston, IL) -- Northwestern football players are seeking to be represented by a labor union. The move is the first of its kind in college sports.  Players filed a petition in Chicago Tuesday, submitting a form to the National Labor Relations Board. The NCAA has voiced opposition to the move.


Urlacher Has Offer From Bucs' Smith

(New York, NY) -- Former Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher has a standing offer from Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Lovie Smith. Speaking at a FOX Sports event prior to the Super Bowl, Urlacher says Smith asked him to come help out at training camp. Smith led the Bears to Super Bowl 41.
