The Chicago Bears are adding another defensive coach to their sideline. Clint Hurtt is leaving Louisville to become an assistant coach for the Bears. He had been with the Cardinals since 2010 as the defensive line coach and as a recruiting coordinator.

Rams' Long Recovering From Knee Surgery

(St. Louis, MO) -- St. Louis Rams offensive tackle Jake Long is recovering from major knee surgery. The "Post-Dispatch" reports he recently had the procedure to repair a torn ACL in his right knee after a torn MCL healed on its own. Long was injured during the Rams' Week 16 win over Tampa Bay and missed the season finale. The four-time Pro Bowler and former number-one pick signed a four-year deal with the Rams last March after five years with the Miami Dolphins.
