It's Flag Football registration time at the Effingham Park District.

Flag Football "B" League is for boys and girls that will be in second, third and fourth grades. "A" League is for boys and girls that will be in fifth and sixth grades.

Cost to play is $40 for residents, $70 for non-residents. Sign-up deadline is August 1. The season begins August 21 and runs through mid-October.

The EPD is also in need of parents to volunteer for coaching positions. The head coach's child's fee will be waived.
