The Pittsburgh Steelers’ Dwayne Haskins was legally drunk when he was fatally hit by a dump truck on a Florida highway last month, according to a toxicology report released by the Broward County Medical Examiner's office Monday.

The 24-year-old’s blood alcohol levels were .20 and .24 in two samples, well above the legal limit of .08. The report said he also tested positive for the drugs ketamine and norketamine.

A woman in Haskins’ car that was found on the side of the highway told police he’d left to try to find gas.
