Broadcaster Pat Summerall Dead At 82
(Dallas, TX) -- Longtime NFL broadcaster Pat Summerall is dead. Summerall has passed away at the age of 82. He teamed with analyst John Madden for 21 seasons on CBS and FOX to form one of the most beloved broadcast duos in NFL network history. Summerall was at CBS from 1962 to 1993 and then moved with the NFL to FOX in 1994. He retired in 2002.
NFL To Release 2013 Schedule Thursday
(New York, NY) -- The NFL is set to release its 2013 schedule this week. The league will unveil the full regular-season slate Thursday night at 7 p.m. Central. The schedule was initially expected to be released Tuesday. Home and road opponents for each team have been known since the end of the 2012 season, but dates and times for those games will now be revealed.
