The Washington Football Team was fined $10 million by the National Football League Thursday after an investigation found they had a “highly unprofessional” workplace, particularly for women.

Owner Dan Snyder is also stepping away from day-to-day operations for several months.

The probe found ownership and senior officials paid little attention to sexual harassment and other workplace issues, with NFL special counsel for investigations Lisa Friel calling the culture “very toxic.”
