The Bengals, 3-10-1 on the season, had a big hit by Vonn Bell that forced a fumble near the end of the opening quarter. The ball was recovered by the Bengals and that set the tone of the game.
Cincinnati had 152 yards rushing to only 86 for the Steelers. Giovanni Bernard picked up 83 yards and scored a touchdown and also caught a 14 yard pass for another TD.
Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger only connected of two of his first eight passes. He gave up an interception and was 20 of 38 for 170 yards.
The Steelers have now lost three straight after starting the season 11-0.
Cincinnati improved to 3-10-1 on the season.
