The Effingham County Storm picked up a victory during Sunday action. The Storm handed Burlington Express a 28-6 loss in the Mid-American Eight Man Football League.

The Storm will face Midstate Thunderbirds (1-2) in Toledo at Neal Park this upcoming Sunday

Members of the Storm include Kysean Green, Mike Smith, Jacob Harris, Tyler Pilcher, Josh Cazley, Deano Tull, Braxton Anderson, Orion Roberts, Donta Thompson, Payton Bushue, Tim Smith, Josh Layton, Earl Owens, Truston Winnett, Quinton Bogan, Zach Miller, Tyler Veatch, Andrew Sanders, Michael Davidson, Nick Wilson, Tyler Agney, Wesley Motley, Thomas Grove, Erick Deloach, Smitty Smith, Jesse Bushue, Nathaniel Boggs, Joe Fernandez, Blaine Koester, Vincent Owens, Logan Smith and Geoffrey Hecht.

The coach is Michael Davidson. The team plays its home games at the ball diamond at Neal Park in Toledo on Sundays at 2 p.m.

The team is off to a 3-0 start. The games are open to the public, but please observe social distancing guidelines.
