Tom Brady can become a free agent this year for the first time in his 20-year career, but fellow quarterback great Joe Montana is advising that he stay with the New England Patriots.

Speaking with ‘NFL.com,’ Montana, who retired in 1995, shared his own experience with changing teams, saying, "Don't–if you don't have to. It's a process to go through, and it takes time to get used to the team." He also added, "I just can't see how they would let him leave there, myself."

Florida Judge Free Brown From House Arrest

A Florida judge freed Antonio Brown from house arrest Tuesday allowing him to travel within the U.S. as he awaits trial on charges that he attacked the driver of a moving truck outside his Florida home in a dispute over payment. Instead of wearing an ankle GPS monitor, the NFL free agent wide receiver will have to check in with court personnel daily. The 31-year-old is currently on the NFL commissioner's exempt list, which bars him from playing, while an investigation is being carried out into sexual assault allegations and misconduct against him by two women.
