Ravens' Jackson Posts Perfect Passer Rating

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson posted a perfect passer rating for the second time this season, going 15 of 17 for three touchdowns and 223 yards before letting Robert Griffin III mop up. Ben Roethlisberger is the only other quarterback to set the mark twice in the same season, doing it in 2007.

 

 

LSU Tops AP College Poll

LSU tops the Associated Press college football poll after beating Alabama in a 1-2 matchup on Saturday. Ohio State follows LSU, with Clemson third and Alabama dropping two spots to fourth. Georgia was fifth, followed by Oregon and Minnesota, which made the top 10 for the first time in 57 years.
This week’s College Football Playoff rankings have LSU, Ohio State, Clemson and Georgia holding down the top four spots. Alabama’s loss to LSU dropped them to sixth place.

 

Arkansas Fires Coach Chad Morris

Arkansas has fired head football coach Chad Morris. In less than two seasons, Morris was just 4-18 overall and winless in 14 SEC games. Special teams coordinator Barry Lunney Jr. will finish out the season as the Razorbacks' interim coach.
