Redskins Claim Foster Off Waivers

The Washington Redskins claimed linebacker Reuben Foster off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers cut Foster following his second domestic violence arrest. However, Foster is on the commissioner's exempt list, meaning he can’t practice or attend games.

Bucs' Winston  Reaches Agreement

Tampa Bay Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston has reached an agreement to settle the sexual battery lawsuit filed against him by an Uber driver in Arizona. Terms of the settlement weren’t disclosed, but Winston had publicly apologized.

Couple of Changes In Top Four

For the first time in three weeks there was a change in the top four of the College Football Playoff rankings. Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame are still the top three, but Michigan dropped to seventh after their loss to Ohio State. Michigan’s loss was Georgia’s gain as the Bulldogs moved up to fourth.
