NFL Trades End With Deadline

At the NFL trading deadline Tuesday, the Philadelphia Eagles acquired wide receiver Golden Tate from the Detroit Lions for a 2019 third-round draft pick.
The Denver Broncos traded receiver Demaryius Thomas to the Houston Texans for a future fourth-round pick.
The Green Bay Packers traded free safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to the Washington Redskins for a 2019 fourth-round pick.
The Packers also sent running back Ty Montgomery to the Baltimore Ravens for a pick.
The Los Angeles Rams acquired defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. from the Jacksonville Jaguars for two draft picks.
Seahawks Release Marshall
The Seattle Seahawks released six-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Brandon Marshall Tuesday. Meanwhile, the NFL suspended the Seahawks’ Mychal Kendricks for eight games after he pleaded guilty to insider trading charges. Kendricks has already missed three games and will be eligible to play on December 10, when the Seahawks host the Vikings.
Giants' QB Arrested
New York Giants rookie quarterback Kyle Lauletta was arrested Tuesday morning while driving to the Giants’ facility. Sources say Lauletta failed to obey a police officer’s instructions and nearly hit him with his vehicle before being taken into custody.
Steelers' Roethlisberger Has Broken Finger
Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has a broken index finger on his left, non-throwing, hand. Coach Mike Tomlin said Roethlisberger was injured during Pittsburgh's 33-18 victory over Cleveland on Sunday, but doesn’t expect the finger to be an issue.
San Francisco's Beathard Injured
San Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard has an injured right wrist and may not be able to play tomorrow night against the Oakland Raiders. If Beathard can't go, the 49ers will turn to Nick Mullens, who has yet to take an NFL snap.
College Football Playoff Rankings Out
The first College Football Playoff rankings are out and to no surprise Alabama, Clemson, LSU and Notre Dame nailed down the top 4 spots. Michigan and Georgia came in next with a chance to move up in the next poll as Alabama will face off against LSU this week while Clemson takes on Notre Dame.
