The Oakland Raiders have sent wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys for a first-round pick. Cooper is currently in the NFL's concussion protocol after suffering a head injury in the Raiders' Week 6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. The trade gives the Raiders three first-round picks in the 2019 NFL Draft.
The Oakland Raiders have placed running back Marshawn Lynch on injured reserve with a groin injury. That means the earliest he could return is the Raiders’ Christmas Eve game against the Denver Broncos.
Steelers' Players Return To Team
Pittsburgh Steelers players returned to the team on Monday following their Week 7 bye. Among the players not returning was running back Le'Veon Bell. Bell has yet to tell the team when he's returning, although the trade deadline is October 30.
Arizona's Peterson Asks To Be Traded
Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson has reportedly asked to be traded by the October 30 deadline. Peterson is said to "desperately" want out, but Cardinals coach Steve Wilks called a trade "Out of the question."
Jaguars Will Stick With QB
The Jacksonville Jaguars will stick with quarterback Blake Bortles for Sunday's game against Philadelphia in London. However, Bortles didn’t receive a clear vote of confidence as backup Cody Kessler will see some first-team reps in practice.

The San Francisco 49ers have placed safety Adrian Colbert on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain. The earliest Colbert can return is in Week 16 and the way the season is shaping up for the 49ers it may be pointless to bring him back.
