Manziel Placed on CFL's Concussions Protocol

Johnny Manziel has been placed in the CFL’s concussion protocol after being hit during last Saturday’s game against the Ottawa Redblacks. Manziel also notified team medical staff that medications he takes to treat his bipolar disorder may be a contributing factor.

Jets Place Ijalana on Injured Reserve

The New York Jets have placed Ben Ijalana on injured reserve and signed offensive lineman Gino Gradkowski. Gradkowski spent the last two seasons with the Panthers.
