Little Hearts Football Camp July 10-13

The Effingham High School Little Hearts Football Camp will be held July 10-13 from 10:30 a.m. to noon.

Registration forms may be picked up and dropped off at EHS in the Main Office. Forms also are available on the Unit 40 website under the Parents Tab.

Location: Effingham High School Practice Fields

Cost: $40 per camper, $25 for each additional family member. Make checks payable to Effingham High School

Grades: 5th – 8th (grade entering in the fall)

PARENTAL RELEASE FORM

I hereby authorize the coaches of Effingham High School football camp to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release the camp from any injuries or illnesses incurred while at camp.
