Junior Hearts Football League Registration Scheduled

Registration for Effingham Junior Hearts Football League will be held at Effingham High School's Cafetorium at the following dates and times:

June 2 or June 7 from 5-6 p.m. or June 5 or June 12 from 1-2 p.m.

To participate in the league an athlete must be at least nine years old and entering the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh or eighth grades and cannot exceed 15 years of age as of October 1, 2016.

Athletes are asked to bring a copy of birth certificate, a copy of sports physical, emergency contact information and registration fee. Unit 40 will offer sports physicals June 1 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the EHS Gym.

Registration fees for footbal players and cheerleaders are:

One child $100, two children from same family $175, three children from same family $225, four children from same family $250 and Mascots $50.

Mark calendars for July 18-22 camp dates and July 25 practice begins.
