Newton Moves Into Class 2A AP Rankings

Newton High School moved into the Associated Press polls this week. The Eagles are ranked No. 10 in Class 3A.

Newton has a 4-0 record with 23 points. Leading Class 3A is Sterling Newman with nine first-place votes and a 4-0 mark.

Marshall also received votes in Class 3A. Taylorville received votes in Class 4A
