Hearts Football Schedule for 2015 Season

Effingham High School is gearing up for the first football game of the 2015 season this Friday with a schedule that includes some tough opposition.

The Hearts won't leave Effingham for the first two games of the season but will be on the road for five of the nine games. The opener will be this Friday evening with Breese Mater Dei coming to call.

Then the agenda will have Mascoutah at EHS September 4. The Hearts then hit the road for back-to-back games September 11 and 18 at Bethalto Civic Memorial and Charleston.

Then the schedule sandwiches an away game between two home games. The Hearts will host Salem September 25, hit the road to Taylorville October 2 and host the final regular season home game October 9 with Mattoon.

The season finishes out with two road contests at Mount Zion October 16 and at Mahomet-Seymour October 23. Game times for each contest is 7 p.m.
