Bears To Interview Fox, Austin

(Chicago, IL) -- It didn't take John Fox long to start getting looks for other head coaching opportunities. ESPN reported Fox will interview with the Bears regarding their head coach vacancy in the near future. He is not a lock to get the job. The Broncos and Fox parted ways after four seasons on Monday, with Denver releasing him from his contract.

ESPN reports the Bears will interview Lions defensive coordinator Teryl Austin for their head coaching position. The 49-year-old Austin has also previously coached with the Seahawks, Cardinals and Ravens, but has never been a head coach.
