Bears Beat Vikings
(Chicago, IL) -- Jay Cutler overcame two interceptions to help the Bears beat the Vikings 21-13 at Soldier Field. Cuter ended with 330 yards and three touchdowns for Chicago, which moved to 4-and-6 and 1-and-3 at home. Brandon Marshall hauled in two of the three scored, while Alshon Jeffery had 11 catches for 135 yards and a score. Matt Forte rushed for 117 yards in the win. Teddy Bridgewater threw a touchdown and an interception for Minnesota, which slipped to 4-6 and 2-4 on the road. Rhett Ellison had the only TD catch in defeat.
Rams Stun Broncos
(St. Louis, MO) -- Kenny Britt caught four passes for 128 yards and a touchdown as the Rams stunned the Broncos 22-7 in St. Louis. Shaun Hill got the start under center and passed for 220 yards and a score for the Rams, who improved to 4-6. Tre Mason ran for 113 yards in the shocking upset. Peyton Manning was 34-of-54 for 389 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions for the heavily-favored Broncos, who slipped to 7-3. Demaryius Thomas made seven grabs for 103 yards, while Emmanuel Sanders had five catches for 102 yards and a score in the loss.
Texans Top Browns
(Cleveland, OH) -- Defensive end J.J. Watt hauled in a touchdown from first-time starter Ryan Mallett as the Texans topped the Browns 23-7 from Cleveland. It was Mallett's first career TD as well, and he ended with 211 yards, two scores and an interception. Alfred Blue ran for 156 yards in place of Arian Foster. Houston got back to .500 at 5-and-5 with the victory. Brian Hoyer threw for 330 yards with a TD and a pick for Cleveland, which dropped to 6-4. Andrew Hawkins notched 97 yards and a TD on six catches in defeat.
Falcons Foil Panthers To Take Over First Place
(Charlotte, NC) -- Matt Bryant's 44-yard field goal with just over two minutes left in the fourth quarter lifted the Falcons to a 19-17 win over the Panthers. Matt Ryan threw for 268 yards and a touchdown for the 4-6 Falcons, who took over first place in the NFC South with the win. Roddy White had eight grabs for 75 yards and a score in the victory. Cam Newton passed for 292 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions for Carolina, which has dropped five straight to fall to 3-7-1. Kelvin Benjamin made nine grabs for 109 yards and a touchdown in defeat.
Bengals Beat Up Saints
(New Orleans, LA) -- Andy Dalton bounced back from the worst game of his NFL career by throwing for 220 yards and three touchdowns as the Bengals blasted the Saints 27-10 in New Orleans. Jeremy Hill rushed for 152 yards for the Bengals, who improved to 6-3-1. A.J. Green had six catches for 127 yards and a touchdown in the victory. Drew Brees passed for 255 yards and a score for the Saints, who fell to 4-6 with their second straight home loss. Mark Ingram ran for 67 yards in the loss.
Bucs Beat Redskins
(Landover, MD) -- Mike Evans hauled in seven balls for 209 yards and two touchdowns as the Buccaneers beat the Redskins 27-7 from FedExField. Josh McCown had 288 yards and the two TDs through the air for Tampa Bay, which improved to 2-8. The Redskins lost more than just the game after left tackle Trent Williams exited in the first quarter with a knee and ankle injury. Robert Griffin the Third threw for 207 yards with one TD and two interceptions for Washington, which slipped to 3-7.
Niners Knock Off Sloppy Giants
(East Rutherford, NJ) -- Colin Kaepernick threw for 193 yards and a touchdown as the 49ers held off the Giants 16-10 in the Meadowlands. Michael Crabtree had three catches for 85 yards and a score for the Niners, who have won two straight to move to 6-4. Frank Gore rushed for 95 yards in the victory. Eli Manning was 22-of-45 for 280 yards, a touchdown and five interceptions for the Giants, who have dropped five in-a-row to fall to 3-7. Rueben Randle had 112 receiving yards in the loss.
Chiefs Clip Seahawks
(Kansas City, MO) -- Knile Davis rushed for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter to help the Chiefs sink the Seahawks 24-20 from Arrowhead Stadium. Jamaal Charles broke through with 159 yards and two touchdowns for Kansas City, which improved to 7-3 and is tied with Denver atop the AFC West. Alex Smith was 11-for-16 with 108 yards in Kansas City's fifth straight win. Russell Wilson threw for 178 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Seattle, which slipped to 6-4. Marshawn Lynch rushed for 124 yards while Tony Moeaki hauled in a TD against his former team.
Chargers Hold Off Raiders
(San Diego, CA) -- Philip Rivers threw for 193 yards and a touchdown as the Chargers held off the Raiders 13-6 in San Diego. Malcolm Floyd had four catches for 44 yards and a score for the Bolts, who improved to 6-and-4 by snapping their three-game losing streak. Ryan Mathews rushed for 70 yards in the victory. Derek Carr passed for 172 yards with a fumble for the 0-10 Raiders, who have lost 16 in-a-row dating back to last season. Sebastian Janikowski booted a pair of field goals to account for all of Oakland's points.
Cardinals Topple Lions
(Glendale, AZ) -- Drew Stanton went 21-of-32 for 306 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead the Cardinals to a 14-6 win over the Lions at University of Phoenix Stadium. Stanton also had two interceptions in place of Carson Palmer, who is out for the year with a torn ACL. Michael Floyd caught both TDs while John Brown hauled in five balls for 69 yards. Andre Ellington totaled 66 yards on offense for Arizona, which moved to 9-1 with its sixth straight victory. Matthew Stafford was held in check, passing for just 183 yards and an interception in defeat. Calvin Johnson had five catches for 59 yards and Joique Bell tallied 85 yards on the ground. Detroit had its four-game winning streak snapped and fell to 7-3.
Packers Wreck Eagles
(Green Bay, WI) -- The Packers put up 50 points for the second straight week as they cruised to a 53-20 victory over the Eagles at Lambeau Field. Aaron Rodgers threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns, while Eddie Lacy totaled 114 yards and a pair of scores. Jordy Nelson and Davante Adams each had a touchdown grab and Randall Cobb caught 10 balls for 129 yards. Julius Peppers and Casey Hayward each scored on defense, and Micah Hyde took a punt 75 yards for a score for Green Bay, which has won six-of-seven. Mark Sanchez tossed for 346 yards, two scores and a pair of picks in the loss. Jeremy Maclin and Jordan Matthews both found the end zone, and LeSean McCoy totaled 106 yards as Philly fell to 7-3.
Patriots Stomp Colts
(Indianapolis, IN) -- "Sunday Night Football" was the coming out party for Jonas Gray as the Patriots rocked the Colts, 42-20, at Lucas Oil Stadium in a battle of AFC heavyweights. Gray piled up 199 yards on 38 carries with four touchdowns. Tom Brady threw for two touchdowns and 257 yards with Rob Gronkowski and Tim Wright on the receiving end of the scores. Brady did throw two picks, but it wasn't enough to stop New England from improving to 8-2. Indianapolis was held to 19 rushing yards with 15 of them coming from quarterback Andrew Luck. Ahmad Bradshaw had seven carries for four yards before leaving with an injury. Luck aired it out for 303 yards, two TDs and a pick for Indianapolis, which fell to 6-4.
