(Philadelphia, PA) -- Mark Sanchez threw for 332 yards and two touchdowns as the Eagles pounded the Panthers 45-21 in Philadelphia. Jordan Matthews had seven grabs for 138 yards and two scores for the Eagles, who led by as many as 38 points en route to improving to 7-2.

Philadelphia's defense had nine sacks, forced five turnovers, and Darren Sproles returned a punt 65 yards for a touchdown in the victory.  Cam Newton threw for 306 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions for the Panthers, who fell to 3-6-1 with their third straight loss. Kelvin Benjamin hauled in a pair of touchdown receptions in garbage time.

Trestman Not Making Any Changes

(Lake Forest, IL) -- Bears head coach Marc Trestman isn't making any changes to his coaching staff in the wake of Sunday night's 55-14 loss to the Packers.  Trestman said during a press conference on Monday that there won't be any changes at this time. The Bears, who have given up at least 50 points in two straight games, host the Vikings on Sunday.

Rams Return To Practice Wednesday

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams are off today before returning to the practice field tomorrow. St. Louis surrendered 21 points in the fourth quarter Sunday at Arizona to blow a 14-10 lead and lose 31-14. The Rams are now 3-6 overall. They host Peyton Manning and the 7-2 Broncos this Sunday.

Cardinals' Palmer Out For Season With Torn ACL

(Tempe, AZ) -- The 2014 season is over for Arizona Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer. He suffered a torn ACL in the fourth quarter of Sunday's comeback victory over the St. Louis Rams. Palmer says this injury hurts more emotionally than physically.

Palmer will be placed on season-ending injured reserve and undergo surgery in the next few weeks. He is not expected to be back until at least June or July.  Drew Stanton will take over as the 8-1 Cardinals' starting signal-caller. Palmer suffered the same injury in 2006 while he was quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals. He just signed a three-year contract extension on Friday worth $50-million, including $20.5-million guaranteed.
