Colts Crush Giants On "Monday Night Football"

(East Rutherford, NJ) -- Andrew Luck threw for 354 yards and four touchdowns as the Colts crushed the Giants 40-24 on "Monday Night Football" at MetLife Stadium. Luck set a franchise-record with his seventh straight 300-yard game and is now 12-and-1 in his career following a loss. Coby Fleener had four catches for 77 yards and a TD, while T.Y. Hilton had three grabs for 71 yards and a score for Indianapolis, which leads the AFC South at 6-3.

Reggie Wayne and Dwayne Allen also had TD catches in the victory. Eli Manning was 27-of-52 for 359 yards and two touchdowns, but lost one of two fumbles on the night. Odell Beckham Jr. had career-high's of eight catches for 156 yards, while Corey Washington and Larry Donnell both had touchdown receptions for the G-Men, who have lost three in-a-row to fall to 3-5 on the year.


Bears Place Houston On IR

(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Bears have placed defensive end Lamarr Houston on injured reserve with a ruptured ACL in his right knee. Houston suffered the injury while celebrating a sack in Chicago's blowout loss to New England in Week Eight. The 27-year-old ends his first season in Chicago with 11 tackles and one sack in eight games.

Following their bye week, the Bears are gearing up for Sunday night's showdown with the rival Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Chicago has dropped four of five and currently sit at the bottom of the NFC North at 3-5. Green Bay is second in the division at 5-3. The Packers won the first meeting of the season 38-17 at Soldier Field in Week Four.


Rams Review Film Of Win Over 49ers

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams are soaking in the footage from Sunday's 13-10 win over the 49ers. The team reviewed game tape of the win Monday and now turns its attention to Arizona. The Rams play the Cardinals this Sunday in the desert. The Rams are 3-4, while the Cardinals are 7-1.
