Saints Take Down Panthers, 28-10

(Charlotte, NC) -- Drew Brees went 24-of-34 for 297 yards and a touchdown to lead the Saints to a 28-10 win over the division-rival Panthers from Bank Of America Stadium. Brees also chipped in a rushing TD while Mark Ingram carried the ball 30 times for 100 yards and a pair of scores.
Jimmy Graham caught seven balls for 83 yards and a touchdown as New Orleans picked up its first road win of the season and now leads the NFC South at 4-4. Cam Newton tossed for 151 yards and a pick while totaling 43 yards and a score on the ground. DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart combined for 66 yards on 16 carries for Carolina, which falls to 3-5-1 with its third straight loss.
Rams At 49ers Sunday
(Santa Clara, CA) -- The Rams get their first look at the new Levi's Stadium on Sunday when they face the 49ers in Santa Clara. It's the second of three straight road games for the 2-5 Rams. San Francisco is 4-3, including a 31-17 Monday night win in St. Louis in Week Six.
