(Champaign, IL) -- The Fighting Illini have a big test tomorrow when they host the Golden Gophers. Illinois is 3-4 and looking for its first win in the Big Ten. Minnesota comes in at 6-1 and 3-0 in the conference. Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is at 11 a.m. on ESPNU.
Huskies Take On Eastern Michigan
(Ypsilanti, MI) -- Northern Illinois takes on Eastern Michigan in Ypsilanti tomorrow. Kickoff on ESPN3 is at noon. Northern Illinois comes in at 5-2 with a 2-and-1 record in the MAC. Eastern Michigan is 2-5 with a 1-2 conference mark.
ECU Tops Connecticut
(Greenville, NC) -- It wasn't easy but number-18 East Carolina was able to leave Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium with a 31-21 victory over Connecticut. Shane Carden led the way with 445 and two touchdowns through the air while Breon Allen added 65 yards and a pair of scores on the ground. Justin Hardy caught 14 balls for 186 yards and a TD help the Pirates improve to 6-1 and 3-0 in conference play. ECU travels to Temple next week.
