Coach McDonald, Senior Players, Band Members To Be Recognized Oct. 24

Effingham High School will recognize the senior Flaming Heart football players and cheerleaders as EHS plays host to Mahomet-Seymour Friday, October 24.

The recognition ceremony for the football players and cheerleaders will take place prior to the game at 6:30 p.m.  Plan to arrive early to show the players and cheerleaders how much they are appreciated this season. In addition, the Band Boosters will recognize the senior band students immediately following their half time performance.
 
In addition, EHS will be recognizing retiring head football Coach Mike McDonald prior to the game along with his final senior class this year. His former players are encouraged to come out for his final regular season contest in appreciation for his loyalty and commitment to the school and his football program since 1981 as a coach and since 1992 as head coach.
