Vikings, Packers Meet On "Thursday Night Football"

(Green Bay, WI) -- NFC North rivals share the Thursday night spotlight as the Minnesota Vikings play the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Both teams are 2-2. The Vikings are coming off a 41-28 win over the Falcons on Sunday. Making his first NFL start in place of the injured Matt Cassel, rookie quarterback Teddy Bridgewater was 19-of-30 for 317 yards before suffering an ankle injury. He is listed as questionable for tonight. Green Bay blew out the Bears 38-17 Sunday night in Chicago behind four TD passes from Aaron Rodgers. The Packers and Vikings tied 26-all in their last meeting last November.

Marshall, Allen Back At Practice

(Lake Forest, IL) -- Receiver Brandon Marshall and defensive end Jared Allen were back at practice on Wednesday for the Bears. Marshall has been dealing with an ankle injury while Allen had pneumonia. Marshall was a full participant while Allen was limited after losing 15 pounds due to the illness. Rams Name Davis Starter For Rest Of Season

(St. Louis, MO) -- The Rams are settling their quarterback situation. Head coach Jeff Fisher has named Austin Davis the starter for the rest of the season.  He took over for injured veteran Shaun Hill in Week One. Fisher says Hill didn't lose the job due to injury, but rather Davis earned it with his performance.

The Rams are back in action this Sunday as they head to the City of Brotherly Love. The Rams are coming off their bye week and take on the Eagles Sunday afternoon at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field. The Rams are 1-2 on the season, while the Eagles have a 3-1 record.
