(Kansas City, MO) -- It got ugly at Arrowhead Stadium on "Monday Night Football" as Jamaal Charles reached the end zone three times leading the Chiefs to a 41-14 beatdown of the Patriots. Charles also totaled 108 total yards and Knile Davis ran for 107 yards.
Alex Smith threw for three touchdowns and 248 yards in the win, while Travis Kelce had his break out game hauling in a TD along with 93 yards receiving. Kansas City is 2-2. Tom Brady turned the ball over three times with two interceptions and a fumble. Husain Abdullah returned one of the picks for a 39-yard TD. Wide receiver Brandon LaFell was the one bright spot for New England with six catches, 119 yards and a TD. The Patriots have fallen to 2-2.
Bears Get Back To Work Wednesday
(Lake Forest, IL) -- The Bears hit the practice field tomorrow looking to regroup from Sunday's blowout loss to the Packers. Chicago fell to 2-2 with the defeat and now eyes the Carolina Panthers, who are also 2-2. The teams meet at Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium on Sunday.
Former Bears quarterback Kyle Orton is now the starter for the Buffalo Bills. Orton takes over for E.J. Manuel, who has been benched by Bills coach Doug Marrone. The 31-year-old Orton signed with the Bills last month after his release from the Dallas Cowboys.
Rams Get Back To Work After Bye
(St. Louis, MO) -- After a bye on Sunday, the Rams return to work this week as they get set for Sunday's road game at Philadelphia. St. Louis has been off since blowing a 21-0 lead against Dallas in an eventual 34-31 loss to the Cowboys in Week Three. The Rams are 1-2. The Eagles are 3-1.
